R	Ru A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR中央線立川駅北口すぐの伊勢丹立川店に入っているKIHACHI ITALIANさんです。お店は広々としていて、店の奥の突き当たりは長い窓際席になっており、そちらからの明るい日差しが店内を明るくしています。厨房の様子も見られるデザイン。今回いただいたのは平日限定のパスタランチ ▪️粗挽き牛肉と茄子のピリ辛ボロネーゼ花椒風味+330円 ▪️ミニデザート　+440円プチコースになっており、最初にアンティパストとして、量もそこそこあるきれいな生ハムのサラダが出てきました。チーズがたっぷり振りかけられていて、風味もよく美味しかったです。生ハムとチーズでややしょっぱい印象はありますが、これは私が減塩している影響であり、一般的な美味しい塩梅だと思います。ボロネーゼはトップに山椒のソースがのせられており、それがまた違う風味の辛さを演出しています。お肉がたっぷりのピリッとした深いソースに、この山椒の香り^ ^ 大人なお味でとても美味しかったです。パスタはモチモチとして太めなタイプ。パスタの麺だけですでに美味しい^ ^さすがですね^ ^ ミニデザートはこの日は塩と胡麻のジェラートの盛り合わせでした。胡麻の風味が濃くて、塩とのバランスも良く、最後まで美味しくいただきました。マスクを入れておける小さな紙袋を出してくれたり、コロナ下の配慮もありました。ごちそうさまでした！ This is KIHACHI ITALIAN from the Isetan Tachikawa store near the north exit of Tachikawa station on the JR Chuo line. Y	Yohei Hasegawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神楽坂でよく行く焼肉和さんの系列に行こうとしたら入れず残念。伊勢丹買い物ついでにふらり立ち寄ったら何とまあ素晴らしいお店でしょう。隣の銀座アスターで不愉快な思いをしてからの入店だったのでより一層接遇が引き立ちました。一流店ならバイトでも社員でもニアリーなサービスレベルになる様に教育しないと付加価値ないでしょうに。アスターの愚痴になりましたがキハチは味良し、サービス良し、雰囲気よし。都内より少しお得なコスパで一流のご飯と接遇が受けられます。どの従業員もワインの知識豊富で料理の説明もしっかりしていて味わいが一層深まりました。再訪必至。 It's a pity that I couldn't enter the Yakiniku Kazu series that I often go to in Kagurazaka.
