★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八景島シーパラダイスがある八景島へ入島するには３つの橋がありますが、YCATからの高速バスや団体の観光バスをご利用のかたはこの柴航路橋を通り直接八景島へ乗り入れます。
また、八景島の駐車場A・B・Cからも徒歩でこの橋を渡ることができます。
この橋は本来国道357号の橋で、国道は橋の少し先の八景島の丘の上まで完成しています。
今後、国道は横須賀へ延長すべく平成30年から整備を進めていくそうです。
島内への道路はこの橋も含め一般車両通行不可で、一般車が通行しないようにゲートがあり警備員が常駐しています。
丘の上へ続く橋なので歩いて渡る場合はメインとなる水族館やアトラクションへ行くのに不便で、この橋はあまり利用する人はいません。
散歩コースとしてはいいと思います。
駐車場から八景島へ向かって右側の歩道はあじさい祭りのスタート地点への近道です。トンネルへ入る前からの右へ入る道があります。
左側の歩道から右の歩道へ行くにはトンネルをくぐって一番奥まで行かなければならないのでご注意ください。
なお、八景島自体は横浜市の公園なので島へ入るのにお金はかかりません。
島内のお散歩や紫陽花やバラの見学、食事をするなど水族館や遊園地アトラクションを利用しない人は各種チケットは要りません。

The right sidewalk from the parking lot to Hakkeijima is a shortcut to the starting point of the hydrangea festival. There is a road to the right before entering the tunnel.
Please note that you must go through the tunnel and go all the way to the right sidewalk from the left sidewalk.
Hakkeijima itself is a park in Yokohama, so it doesn't cost anything to enter the island.
Those who do not use the aquarium or amusement park attractions such as a walk on the island, a tour of hydrangeas and roses, and a meal do not need various tickets.
