After all, I chose "Takashiya Ramen" with the name of the shop !! The composition is very similar to the family line, but you can think of it as a different ramen with uniqueness. I like the soup-like visuals as well.
b	bsk_ekaki sense on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浜松町・大門駅から、増上寺・東京タワーに向かう途中で、芝パークビル方面に向かって、増上寺山門前の交差点を左手に曲がってすぐ、雑居ビルの地下１階にあります。入口は狭いですが、店の看板がはっきりしているので、場所は判り易いです。やや深めな地下１階に続くほの暗い階段を降りると、店の入口に券売機があります。ラーメンのタイプは、１階の店入口に多数貼り出されたイメージ通り、家系８割・二郎インスパイア系２割な感じのハイブリッドなものです。白髪ネギがたっぷり乗った「一富士」は、丼色も相まって、さながら「ラーメンショップ」のラーメンのような見た目。ラーメンは、家系同様に「麺のかたさ」「スープの濃さ」「脂の量」を３段階でカスタムできます。ラーメンの具材を利したおつまみや餃子、ミニチャーハンやミニ丼などもあり、ちょい呑み需要にも応えられそうです。味の程度は、極端に美味ではないものの、落ち着いた味わいで安心感がある。卓上やメニューの有料トッピングが豊富なので、それらを自分好みに加えて、味を自分の気分で調節できるのが良いですね。男の１人メシ、１人呑みには、なかなか良いと思いました。 From Hamamatsucho / Daimon Station, on the way to Zojoji / Tokyo Tower, head toward Shiba Park Building, turn left at the intersection in front of Zojoji Sanmon, and you will find it on the first basement floor of the multi-tenant building. There are also snacks and dumplings made with ramen ingredients, mini fried rice and mini bowls, and it seems that we can meet the demand for a little swallowing. The degree of taste is not extremely delicious, but the taste is calm and there is a sense of security. There are plenty of paid toppings on the table and on the menu, so it would be nice to be able to add them to your taste and adjust the taste to your liking.
