素朴な味わい、しかしスーパーの豆腐にはない大豆の風味がちゃんと生きてます。喉ごしのいい絹ごし豆腐もいいですが湯豆腐やお鍋にこちらの木綿豆腐、お薦めします！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しい！この店の豆腐を麻婆豆腐で使ってます。めっちゃ出来上がった麻婆豆腐が美味しいです。スーパーの豆腐で作ったら、グレードは下がります。ほんまおすすめします。
delicious! I use the tofu from this shop in Mapo tofu. The finished mapo tofu is delicious. If you make it with supermarket tofu, the grade will go down. I really recommend it.
