★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段が高い割に下手くそな気がする。頼んだのは靴の革で出来ているサンダル。履こうとしたら縮んでた。浜松町のミスターミニットの方が、かかと直し安くて早くて技術も少し上かも。 プラダのバックの修理も頼んだけど出来悪いし。愛想も悪いし。悪までも個人の感想ですがここの靴せんかは最低かかと直しくらいしか頼めない。
I feel bad at the price. I asked for sandals made of leather shoes. It was shrunk if I tried to wear it. Hamamatsu's Mr. Minute may be cheaper, faster, and slightly more technical. I asked Prada to repair the bag, but it was bad. My affection is also bad. Although it is an individual's impression even if it is evil, the shoes here can only be asked to fix at least the heel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度と行きません。特にオードリー若林を30年老けさせた店員の接客が最悪でした。
仕上がりについてこちらが質問すると、鼻で笑い小馬鹿にした態度で返答されました。客を舐めているのでしょうか？
仕上がりは至って普通です。
他の店舗の方が接客も腕も確かかと思いますので、靴の修理をご検討のかたはそちらをお薦めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 靴底をまるごと全部取り替えて新しくする修理と、その靴のクリーニングをここでやりました。 仕上がりはとてもきれいで、履き心地も以前よりクッション性が良くなった感じで歩きやすくなりました。また別の靴をやってもらおうと思ってます。
I repaired the entire shoe sole and replaced it with a new one, and cleaned the shoe here. The finish is very beautiful, and the comfort is better with cushioning than before. I'm going to try another shoe again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店でローファーのクリーニングをお願いしたのですが、返ってきた初日に靴の底が取れました。
相談をしに店舗に戻ると、「3000円で修理できます。」と即答されました。
更に矢継ぎ早に「クリーニング時は靴底に圧をかけたりすることは一切ないので、偶然接着剤の劣化のタイミングと重なっただけです。」と。
もちろん偶然返却のタイミングで接着剤の寿命がきてしまったのかもしれません。ただ今までずっと履いていたのにちょうどこのタイミングで、というのも不可解ですし、何よりこちらの話を詳しく聞こうとせず責任逃れをするようなことしか言わない店員の方の対応に、強い不信感を抱きました。
恐らくもう行かないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛用しているビンテージ牛革ジャケットのメンテナンスをお願いしました。全体的に色褪せてしまってたジャケットでしたが 元々のビンテージの風合いを残しながらも色をのせてくれて、また 黒ずんでかなり汚れていたスエードの袖も綺麗になり、感動！！ 革製品のことを良くわかってる方にお願いできて良かったです。次はブーツをお願いしようと思います。
