★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味は良いいんですが、ランチタイムは店側の客の回転率への意識比重が大きい印象を受けた。
お皿下げます→お会計先いいですか→退店。このオペレーションがとてつとなく早い。いっそのことハンバーグ弁当屋にかえたほうが良いと思いました。

慶応仲通りの中にあります。
地下にあるお店ですが、隠れ家的な雰囲気が素敵なお店です。
入店時にアルコール消毒と検温が徹底されてます。
ハンバーグのお店ということで、名物のハンバーグとステーキを注文。
注文を受けてから調理してくれるようで、厨房の奥からハンバーグのタネを空気抜きする音が聴こえてきました。
ハンバーグもステーキも焼き加減はレアで、お肉そのものの味が楽しめます。
オススメです。

お肉とソースが美味しくて癖になります。
卵とチーズが乗っているのが大人のハンバーグで、レギュラーハンバーグもありますが、やっぱりトッピングありが美味しいです。
夜はコースもあるので、友人達とよく利用していますが、スタッフさん達皆丁寧で良い方ばかりです。

ジュ～っという音とともに本格的なハンバーグが登場。デミグラスソースを浸けて食べる食べ方。箸で簡単に割ることができるハンバーグのやわらかさ、そして肉汁。
あとは実際に食べてみてください。☆☆☆☆にしたのは、ランチなのに￥1500という値段だったからで、味の評価ではありません。

カウンターに座ったが、すぐ後ろがテーブルなので、居心地悪い。椅子の座り心地もイマイチ。また、席と席の間隔が非常に狭い、のに、喋りまくる会社員男女グループ。黙食してくれないかなぁって、思いつつ。キッチンの中には、若い男性1人。ホールも若い男性1人。２人とも淡々と仕事をこなしていると言う感じ。
オーダーしたのは、限定10食と言うハンバーグとステーキのセット。¥1980
ハンバーグは、肉がフワフワ。非常に柔らかい。
他のクチコミには、がっしり、食べ応えあるハンバーグと書いてあったので、限定だけフワフワなのかな？ステーキは、レア。焼き石が付いているので、自分で好みで焼くんだとか。
私はレアで食べました。
肉がとても美味しかったので。
ただ、私にはボリュームが少なかったかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和牛にこだわるのであれば、中にチーズを入れたりせずに、肉自体の甘さや柔らかさ、それに旨みある肉汁で勝負して欲しい。玉子のトッピングやチーズを挟む事で、逆に安っぽく見えるし肉を味わいたい楽しみも半減してしまう。
