★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中本の北極食べられるなら是非激辛タンメンを。
芝商店街を田町側から入ってすぐ右手に見える町中華屋さん。
激辛界では有名店らしく、目的は激辛タンメン。
メニューには辛さが1～5まで選べ、はじめましてなので辛さは「1」で注文。
激辛タンメンで有名なのは蒙古タンメン中本で、北極ラーメンは食べられるので、辛さ耐性はある程度自信はあり。
しばらくして出てきたタンメンは…あれ？一見普通のタンメン。
でも、一口食べて、うん辛いな…から、だんだん辛くなってきて、次第にかなりキツい辛さに。
何とか完食するも、辛さ「1」でいっぱいいっぱいだったので、2以上はとてもじゃないけど挑戦できない。
激辛好きならわざわざ足を運ぶ価値ありだと思います。

You can choose spiciness from 1 to 5 on the menu, so it's nice to meet you so I ordered "1" for spiciness.
The most famous hot spicy tanmen is Mongou tanmen Nakamoto, and since you can eat arctic ramen, there is some confidence in spiciness resistance.
The tanmen that came out after a while ... that? A seemingly ordinary tanmen.
However, I ate a bite and it was so spicy ... Then it started to get spicy and gradually it became quite hot.
I managed to finish it, but I was full of spicy "1", so I can not challenge more than 2 though it is not very difficult.
If you like spicy food, I think it's worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 落ち着く町中華。シンプルで美味しい味噌ラーメン。青椒肉絲はちょっと甘めな味付け。土曜日は比較的空いててゆったりできます。
Calm town Chinese food. Simple and delicious miso ramen. Pepper steak is slightly sweetened. Saturdays are relatively free and relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 激辛タンメンの辛さ1を食す【850円】。最近辛さに強くなったぽいので、激辛料理を出す店を調べてここに来てみた。2以上はヤバイというコメントがあったので１で。着丼して、スープを小さじ0.5くらい、もやし一つかみからというふうに徐々に攻める。あ！大丈夫だ！全然問題ない。スープまで完食可能だったけど塩気が強いので飽きたから辞めました。何か好みでない味。辛さに鈍くなったぽいけど塩気感じるからコロナじゃないよね？ま、激辛強度を測定するには基準店として使えるかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 芝激辛ストリート沿いにある中華料理のお店。麺類から定食までメニューは豊富。推しは好みに合わせて辛さを5段階に変更できるタンメンです。私は辛いのが苦手なので1ですが充分に美味しい。店内の張り紙によると4以上はかなり辛いらしいので要注意です。

I'm not good at spicy food, so it's 1, but it's delicious enough. According to the poster in the store, 4 or more seems to be quite spicy, so be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地価の高い港区には、古くからある町中華が時々残っています。虎ノ門にあった元華やここもそんなお店のひとつ。昭和テイスト満載の佇まいです。
というわけで、東京の昭和の中華では、やっぱりタンメンでしょ。こちらのタンメンは、載ってる野菜も色鮮やかでいいですねぇ。黄色い細麺もスープにバッチリ。ちょっと塩味が濃いめのスープは、昭和の味の化調も感じるけど、それはそれで美味いんだよな。高級素材が何だの、調理法が何だの、インスタ映えするかとか、理屈っぽいこととは真逆の昔ながらのお店ですね。

It's an old-fashioned shop that is the exact opposite of what the high-class ingredients are, what the cooking method is, how it looks like an instagram, and so on.

オーソドックスなタンメンでした。
しかし、スープは塩分が強すぎる味わい。
野菜の量や麺は良かったです。
次回は『激辛タンメン』を頂いてみたいです。
ご馳走様でした！！
