I	I Love港町ぎんぢろう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用させて頂きました。腕は確かかもしれませんが、予約時に指名した男性スタッフの方がいかにも我が強く、会って一言目から下目線の物言いで、なぜか初見のこちらが普通に会話するにも気を使いました。。。 (店長や副店長さん指名だったら、まだ違ったかもしれませんが、、) ヘアサロンはリラックスできる場所でもあるはずだし、その反面、ここは価格帯としては決して安く無いので、リピートするには多少抵抗ありますね。自分は40代、相手のスタッフの方はおそらく30代ぐらいです。お店の雰囲気、スタッフの応対ともに、女性客の方にはウケは良いようですが(女性ウケしそうな落ち着く雰囲気です)、相手により態度を変えるようなら、接客としては及第点もとれてませんね。お客面する気はなく、角を立てても仕方ないので、こちらは笑みをたたえて応対してあげましたがw ホントは星2つにしたいところですが、カットした男性以外のスタッフの方の応対は普通に丁寧で、ホットビューティ他、どのサイトでも、他の方のお店への評価は高く、スタッフ総体としては日々努力をされてるのだろうと察しますので、星3にしておきます。 I used it for the first time. 藤	藤川奈々 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２回目の利用です。銀座SIXの真裏という好立地で、オートロックでビルに入る隠れ家的な美容院。初めて訪れた時、事件が起きましたが、店長さんのリカバリーが素晴らしかったので再訪。ムースクレンジングスパ2200円、シャンプー&ブロー3300円で予約。雨だったので、ヘアスタイルを保たせたく、当日、ヘアアイロンの追加をお願いしました。ヘアアイロンはシャンプーブロー料金に含まれているお店もあれば、プラス500円のお店もあり、こちらも、ヘアアイロンは追加料金がかかるとのことでした。あとで、レシート見てびっくり！ヘアアイロン（巻くだけアレンジ）料金が3300円！お会計8800円はさすがにびっくり！ヘアアイロンの追加料金を聞いておくべきでした！追加料金はてっきり500円と思っていました（カールはすぐとれました） This is the second use.
