It's quiet, there is a tsuitate on the desk, and there are office chairs that you can sit for a long time, so your work has progressed. Drinks are sold by vending machines, and it is regrettable that they will be used until 17:00 if you use them with an office pass.

I compared it with the rental office in the Ginza area, but I don't think there is any other meeting room in this location at Ginza. The person in charge also gave me business advice and was very impressive. Try using it for a while
