★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所で新規開拓しようとしたラーメン屋が麺切れしてたので、こちらに、久しぶりに(^_^;)
とはいえ味に一定の保証があるので安心して行けます☆
頼んだのは、いつも好きなのは紅にプラスして「紅しじみ」があったのでそれをチョイス。どことなく海の味を感じます、どことなくなので今後もわざわざしじみにするかはちと分かんない〜(^_^;)
プラスして豚丼でお腹いっぱい、ごちそうさま☆
以前から表でパンも売っていましたが、ラーメンメニューも増えていました。なので、こちらのお店にも更なる開拓の余地が出てきましたぞい♪
また、インスタをフォローしておくと、煮卵一個サービスしてくれるようです。
食べだしてから気付いたので、次はフォローしてから行こっと。

何度も通っているラーメン屋さん。
今回は醤油とんこつラーメンを注文！
自分的には唐揚げめちゃ美味しいから絶対唐揚げセットにします。
麺の太さを細麺か太麺か選べますが、今回は太麺に！
ラーメン色々と種類があります。なにわゴールドもよく頼みます。

このへんのラーメン屋は大体3時はお休みなので。
ワンオペ 大変そう 愛想のいい店員さん。
ブラウンと細麺替え玉で千円超えです。
こってりしすぎず、美味しくてスープまで完食。
濃すぎないとんこつ系ラーメン好きにおすすめです。
味は★5、テーブルが低くて食べづらかったので-1で一応★4
メニューに考案者 櫻井和夫とあります。
この人を知ってる人いたら教えてください。

少し上品な高井田ラーメンもあります。
餃子も昭和なお味がして美味しいです。
唐揚げもフンワリ大き目でレベル高いです。

醤油ラーメン大好きな私なのに！？
金、紅、黒醤油にプラスなにわブラック、
なにわゴールドの醤油がブレンドされてます
多めの鶏油で熱々のスープは、芳醇な醤油の香りと
コク、酸味のバランス良く美味しいです
久しぶりに頂く極太平打ち麺も、歯応えがあって旨い！
分厚いチャーシューはホロホロですが
掴んだだけでは崩れない絶妙な煮込み具合です(^^)
やっぱり金久右衛門は美味かった＼(^o^)／
美味しかった ごちそうさまでしたm(_ _)m

ずいぶん前に梅田店で食べたきりでしたので、久しぶりに大阪ブラックを注文しました〜。
鶏清湯ベースの濃口醤油ラーメンです。
麺は平打ち太麺、トッピングは柔らかなチャーシュー、メンマに刻みネギとシンプル。
熱々のスープは私好みでした〜！
阿波座駅利用時、機会があれば「なにわゴールド」も試してみたいですね〜❗️
