こちらからしたら大した額だし、嫌な気分になった、今後は行かない
でも、カットなどはすごく気に入っていただけに残念です。

某サイトから予約したが、支払いの時にポイント利用を断られた。ポイント利用はお店側にメリットはないのかも知れないが、利用を断るならば、予約時点で断って欲しかった。
支払いでまごつくのはかなり心象が悪かった。
The cut was subtle. The line was rattling and I felt like going to another salon to fix it. For the first time when I went to the beauty salon, I was worried about the skill of the person in charge during the cut.
I made a reservation from a certain site, but I was refused to use points at the time of payment. There may be no merit on the shop side to use points, but if you decline the use, I wanted you to decline at the time of booking.
It was pretty unpleasant to be confused by the payment.
