居住地としての立地はとても良いです。周りは落ち着く住宅地ですし、駅歩5分、買い物5分、春にはのどかな桜通りとなる駅前通りに面し、水の災害もない高台立地です。
電車の音が気になる方はやめておくべきか、道路側の居室をオススメします。
