特徴として、細い道路を挟んで、線路が通っており、公園から電車がよく見えます。
就学前の子どもたち（特に男の子）はよく電車を眺めてます。
施設としては、鉄棒、砂場、すべり台、ブランコとさっぱりしてます。
ただ、先に述べた傾斜になっているところが、道になってはいないのですが、程よく歩けること、1〜2歳くらいの子にとっては程よく登り下りができる山みたいになっていて、良い運動になります。
トイレや駐車場はありません。
また、近くにコンビニや自販機もないので、飲み物やちょっとしたおやつはあったほうが良いと思います。
確かではないのですが、、、桜の木がなかったと思うので、初夏〜秋の毛虫もいない気がします。
