There were fewer people than usual due to the self-restraint of corona, and the wait time was about 5 minutes. The person who responded was kind.

１人親家庭とか障がい者手帳とか‥
弱者の立場になって考えてあげるのがお仕事だと思うのですが、ここではそうしてないと思います。
来訪者が「ありがとうございます」と言っても答えは「どーも」自分がまるで偉くなったと勘違いしてるのでは？
いつも混み合っているのも仕事が遅く、順番待ちの人の立場に立ってないからではないですか？
怠慢公務員の巣窟です。

I think it's my job to think in the position of the weak, but I don't think I'm doing that here.
Even if the visitor says "Thank you", the answer is "Domo". Do you think that you have become great?
Isn't it because the work is slow and I'm not in the position of a waiting person?
It is a den of neglected civil servants.
