名	名 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員の知識がない。接客態度もイマイチ。以前普通郵便の封筒に『ローラー消印希望』と表記したところ、「これ何ですか？」と聞かれた。出先などで沢山の郵便局を利用してきたが、そんな事を聞かれたのは初めてでビックリ。説明しましたが(なんで私が説明しなければならないのでしょうか…)、眉を顰めて首を傾げられました。『めんどくさい、わけわからない』と顔に書いてあるようで、とても不快でした。また他の日に転居届の相談に伺った際は、こちらの話をロクに聞かずに、一方的にマニュアルのような説明をされました。それは分かっていると言っても、何度も聞かないと同じ説明を繰り返されるばかり。結局本当に手続きせずに帰宅しました。あまりにわかってもらえないので自分が悪いのかと不安になり、後日他の郵便局で聞いたら一回で理解してもらえたので、私の説明が下手な訳では無いと思うのですが。また、混み合う時間帯でも整列の指示などなく、店内がすれ違えないほどの鮨詰め状態になり、どこに並べば良いかわからず困っている方に遭遇する事が多々ありました。もう少し配慮していただけたらな、と思います。 There is no knowledge of the staff.
