S	S T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここまで態度と対応の悪い店が有るのかと驚きました。平日昼にパンク修理を持ち込みでお願いしたら『20～30分かかります』と言われ、 1時間後に取りにきたら預けた時のまま置いてあったので、『もう少し後で取りに来たほうが良いですか？』と尋ねたら舌打ちしながら『今やりますよ』と悪態をつかれました。修理には3000円かかったのですが、殆ど乗っていないにも関わらず、1ヶ月も経たない内に空気が抜け始め、 2ヶ月もすると空気を入れても1日も持たない状態になりました。非常に不愉快な店です、二度と利用しません。 I was surprised that there are stores that have such a bad attitude and response. ト	トラチャンエリコ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンクの修理に行ったところ穴は空いて無いです、と言われお金だけ払って帰りましたが、直って無かったようで、翌々日には空気が抜けて走れなくなりました。通勤で使ってたので急遽、仕事先の自転車屋さんで直してもらいましたが、やはり穴が空いてました。ちゃんと直してくれなかったのか、直す技術が未熟なのか残念でした。最近見ないのですが、ヒゲのおじさんはいつも親身で丁寧な接客でしたが、新小岩店でいた人や他の従業員は接客が最悪なので出来れば行きたく無いのですが、駅前なので便利なんですよね。嫌だけどまた行くかも。買いなおす時は他の自転車屋さんに行くかもです。
