故障で何度も直してもらい、お世話になった。他で直してもらってから故障しなくなったので、他の店に行くようになり、行かなくなった。

二度と行かない。

でもその後1時間くらいの走行でまたすぐにパンクしてしまい、行きつけのあさひ松江店で見てもらったらチューブが折れた状態で入っており、その折れた部分がパンクしていたことが分かった
なんと雑な仕事だこと…チューブ交換とかド素人でも出来る作業なんですがそれは…
「タイヤが摩耗しているから長持ちしなくても責任は取れない」とか自転車整備士の端くれにも置けないヘタクソ野郎のくせに口先だけは立派なんだな
当然二度と行かない
あ、あさひの方でタイヤの摩耗については特に何も言われませんでした

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車屋さんはこの界隈にもあちこちにあり、何ヵ所か利用してきましたが、対応と技術の確かさで最終的にはこちらのお店が一番良いと思って利用しています。他店で自転車を買ったときに有料でパンク防止加工を施したにもかかわらず、翌々日にはバンクして走れなくなったということもありましたが、こちらではこれまでそのように不都合は起きていません。信頼できることは金額よりも大切です。お客さんが多くて、店員さんは割といつでも忙しく作業にかかりっきりになっていますが、対応が丁寧であるため、ほかで自転車を買おうかなという気にはなりませんね。

セオさんはどこのお店もそうだけど、本当に接客が素晴らしい✨
丁寧なのは勿論の事皆さんとても感じが良いので、安心してお買い物も出来るしアフターフォローも頼みやすくて?我が家では自転車の事は必ずセオさんに頼んでいます?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで電動自転車を買いました。売る時はやたらと愛想がいい店員さん。でも、買った後、不具合があって持って行ったら、超絶不機嫌、かつ、荒々しい手付きで点検・調整されました。
つまり、その程度の店ということでしょう。
いつも空気入れを借りているので、おまけして星２つ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのセオサイクルはかなり対応も技術も悪いです。あまり悪い口コミは書かないのですが、ひどいのであえて書きます。
・電動自転車の定期点検に行った1週間後にネジが外れる不具合あり。
・定期点検で自転車を預けた際に鍵がなかったからと規定の時間に取りに行っても何もやっていない。(外にとめていたので鍵が必要なら普通は言うと思います)
・度重なる失敗に対して謝罪は一切なし。(毎回同じ人です)
近くでないなら別の店舗利用をオススメします。
