★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家から近い中華料理店。あまりにも活気がない。定食は安くて旨いのに、禁煙ではなく、常連客は食事ではなく、昼飲みの居酒屋感覚で利用しているので、食事利用には向かないかもしれない。
A Chinese restaurant near my house. It's too dull. Although the set meal is cheap and delicious, it is not non-smoking, and regular customers use it as if it were a izakaya for lunch, so it may not be suitable for meals.

水のろ過フィルターを変えたほうがいいと思います。
それだけで、かなり評価は上がりそうです。
Maybe the water is bad, except for the Uma-boiled ramen, the quality of the taste is bad.
I think you should change the water filtration filter.
That alone seems to raise the evaluation considerably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼飯で立ち寄りました。チンジャオロース定食を食べました。(ライス&スープお代わり自由)ボリューム大満足でした。ライス×2&スープ×2食べてしまいました。
I stopped by for lunch. I ate a chinjaolose set meal. (Rice & soup can be replaced freely) I was very satisfied with the volume. I ate 2 rice and 2 soup.

マーボー麺+半チャーハン。マーボー麺は辛くなく、チャーハンも塩分控え目。こちらは基本、薄味提供ですな。味濃いより好き?
あっさり系の甘めのラーメンで普段食い系に丁度？。ただし、チャーシューは堅かったかな

Marbo noodles + half fried rice. Marbo noodles are not spicy and fried rice is also modest in salt. This is basically a light taste offer. I like it more than it tastes ?
Light and sweet ramen that is just right for eating? .. However, was the char siu hard?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千束の花園通り沿いにある日式町中華のお店です。四川料理とありますがそれほど四川感はありません。12月11日のお昼過ぎに伺って半チャーハンセット¥800をいただきました。ラーメンはあっさりしたスープに細縮れ麺でバラロールチャーシューと半ゆで玉子とモヤシとワカメとカイワレと薬味ネギが乗った物で残念ながらメンマが乗りません。半チャーハンは玉子とチャーシュー片とネギが入ったやや色黒なしっとりタイプです。どちらもやや薄めのやさしい味付けです。定食類はご飯とスープがおかわりできるので空腹時なら定食も良さそうです。灰皿があるので喫煙可なようです。
It is a Chinese restaurant in Nisshikicho along Senboku Hanazono Dori. It says Sichuan cuisine, but it doesn't feel like Sichuan. I visited after noon on December 11th and received a half fried rice set ¥ 800. The ramen is a light soup with crispy noodles, rose roll char siu, half-boiled egg, bean sprouts, wakame seaweed, seaweed, and condiment green onions. Half fried rice is a slightly dark-skinned moist type with egg, char siu pieces and green onions. Both are slightly light and gentle seasonings. As for set meals, rice and soup can be refilled, so if you are hungry, set meals are also good. It seems that smoking is allowed because there is an ashtray.
