求人には土日祝日休みとだけ記載されていたが、工場見学に行くと
土日に休日出勤がある場合がある。年末年始などの長期休暇は、まず出張が入るから休みが取れない。
と、またしても求人に記載の無い事を言われる。
契約書類にサインをする時も、出張があるって言ってるのに出張に関する記載が一切無く、出張費は誰が持つのか？出張手当は出るのか？出るなら1日いくら出るのか？宿泊を伴う出張の場合は1日単位での手当てなのか、１回でいくらになるのか？等。
これじゃサインできないと突き返すと、後日
うちの契約書には出張に関する記載をするところがないので、責任者の名刺に
『出張費は必ずお支払します』
と一筆書かせたものをお渡しするので、これで契約書にサインしてもらえませんか？
と、まったく契約書になってないメモ書きを契約書として扱ってくれと言う。
内定決まっていたが、正直先が不安なので辞退した。

面接をしてくれた方の人柄は良かったですが仕事を探している方は他の派遣会社をおすすめします。
