菊	菊幸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さん仙人峠道路を使うのでとても空いてます。のんびり走りを楽しみたい人にオススメです。ただトンネルが不気味?バックミラーが気になる?バイクだと夏でも寒い。 Everyone uses the Sennin-Toge Road, so it's very vacant. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a leisurely run. However, the tunnel is creepy ? I'm worried about the rearview mirror ? It's cold even in summer on a motorcycle.
安	安積野 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道283号の遠野と釜石を結ぶ区間。この仙人峠越えは、釜石自動車道の一部である仙人峠道路の開通によって交通量が激減しているが、仙人峠道路自体が自動車専用道路であることから、こちらの区間も廃止になることなく当面は通行可能な状態が維持されるものと思われる。余談だが2018年10月時点で、一部斜面に崩落があるが修復工事中であった。先述の通り交通量が相当に少なく通ったときはすれ違った車は3台、追い越された車は0で、景色を見ながらのんびりと走ることができる。特に紅葉狩りなどにはもってこいの場所といえそうだ。尚、あまりにも交通量が少ないので、規格が古い狭くて暗いトンネルと合わせて若干不気味さがあるのが玉に瑕と言ったところだろうか。 A section connecting Tono and Kamaishi on Route 283. As mentioned above, when the traffic is very light, there are 3 cars passing each other and 0 cars being overtaken, so you can drive leisurely while looking at the scenery. Especially, it seems to be a perfect place for hunting autumn leaves. It should be noted that the traffic volume is so light that it is a little creepy when combined with the old narrow and dark tunnel.

大	大阪鈴太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立ち止まってゆっくりと眺められる展望台はありませんが、紅葉の時期にヘアピンカーブもループ橋も含めたルートから見る景色は絶景です。見とれて事故を起こさないよう注意して下さい There is no observatory where you can stop and watch slowly, but the scenery seen from the route including the hairpin curve and the loop bridge during the autumn leaves is superb. 山	山﨑清 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平成30年10月21日に紅葉を見に行きました。車を停めるところは峠のトンネルの前後に駐車場があります。あと所々に道の広いところがありますので、そこの路肩に停めることができます。ちなみにこの道ができる前の峠道は遠野側のトンネル口にあります。歩いて3時間で釜石側の国道に出ます。紅葉の名所だと聞いてきましたが、全然混んでいませんでした。車も少なく、みんなは釜石自動車道の仙人峠道路を通行してるんですね。 I went to see the autumn leaves on October 21, 2018. By the way, the pass road before this road is made is at the tunnel entrance on the Tono side. It takes 3 hours to walk to the national highway on the Kamaishi side. I heard that it is a famous place for autumn leaves, but it was not crowded at all. There are few cars, and everyone is passing through the Sennin-Toge Road on the Kamaishi Expressway.

H	Hirosi IWAI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019(令和1)年10月31日、遠野から釜石へ、仙人峠の紅葉を見に行きました。天気は快晴、紅葉も見頃を迎えており、素晴らしいドライブになりました。やはり仙人トンネル(釜石側)入口付近から赤い橋脚の仙人大橋付近までの区間が絶景です。太陽の光が色とりどりの紅葉に当たった時の輝きに思わず目を奪われそうになりました。 On October 31, 2019 (Reiwa 1), I went from Tono to Kamaishi to see the autumn leaves of Sennin Pass.
