The pottery and knives were exquisite and had me wishing a had a whole lot more luggage space for the trip back. Definitely worth the visit ?

if you’re into acacia tableware, you should check out 100 yen shops like Can Do & Daiso as well.

A lot of shops sell stuff which seem to be useful for restaurant or shop owners, e.g toilet signs, table ketchup container set, and the most interesting part : fake food items made from silicon which you see in many restaurant's display items.
You'll find some cool wooden or bam oo made kitchen stuffs (ef trays, pots, cups, bowls) not generally available outside Japan.
