修理費用も安く、買い直しをしなくてよくなり助かりました。電話を受けてくれた女性の方、その後担当してくれた男性の方の対応も良く、良いショップだと思います。
I asked the manufacturer to repair the Snap-on tool, but it was rejected, and when I consulted with this shop, I answered that it could be repaired easily. I sent the actual item and had it fixed.
The repair cost was low, and I was saved because I didn't have to buy it again. I think it's a good shop because the women who received the call and the men who took charge of it afterwards responded well.
