★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのWebサイトからレンタルを頼んだところ、予定通りに着いたのは良かったが商品を確認したところ、ひどかった。
まずスーツには白いホコリや臭いが付いていて付属のバッグは外側に何ヵ所も白い染みがあり(ウエットティッシュで拭いて落とした)内ポケットの中には前に使った人の取り出し忘れたと思われる鏡が入っていた。
さらにパンプスはヒールの部分に大きくサイズ表記がされていてみっともないので使わなかった。
よくよく見ると新潟から配送されていたのでそちらに電話で伝えたが、改善されるか不安。
急ぎだったので仕方ないとは思うが、明らかにクリーニングなどを徹底していないのがわかったのでもう二度と利用しない。

In addition, I didn't use the pumps because the size is marked on the heel and it's ugly.
If you look closely, it was delivered from Niigata, so I called you there, but I'm worried if it will improve.
I think it can't be helped because I was in a hurry, but I found that I didn't thoroughly clean it, so I will never use it again.
