接客もとても丁寧、親切、気配り良くて、ニトリのお値段以上というやつですな。
 The spaghetti noodles were nice and chewy.

この店舗の話ではないが、10年前と比べて価格がお高くなっているのが不満だが、好きなチェーンです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もちもち好きです。こちらの麺ももちもちしているんですが、少し自分の求めていたものとは違いました。小麦っぽさ？ が少ないのか。味もサービスも良かったです。
I like sticky. This noodle is sticky, but it was a little different from what I was looking for. Wheaty? Is there little? The taste and service were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ。パスタは普通かな。量も女性向きな感じです。ドリンクバー（250円税別）をオーダーしコーヒーを飲んだら不味かった…。イマドキのドリンクバーコーヒー、結構美味しくなってるのに残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたまかもしれないが雨の日に入ったら、店内のBGMがシェルブールの雨傘(フランス映画)みたいな感じでよかった。ジェノベーゼを頂きましたが具も沢山で塩加減ちょうどよく美味しかったです。
It may happen, but on a rainy day, the BGM in the store was like a Cherbourg rain umbrella (French movie). I had Genovese, but there were a lot of ingredients and it was delicious with just the right amount of salt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR北千住駅西口から徒歩2分ほどの"きたテラス"は2014年10/28にオープンした商業施設。「きたテラス」の呼称は東京の｢北｣と｢客が来た｣から名付けたとのこと。
その2Fにあるポポラマーマ 北千住店は茹で上げ生パスタが人気のイタリアン・ファミリーレストラン。
週末の13時頃伺うと店は盛況。1名と告げるとカウンター席に案内された。いわゆる大テーブルですな。

＊低糖質モリンガ麺+110円
8分くらいで提供されたパスタは･･･具がほとんどない。モモンガ麺は緑色で茶そば感MAXだが、食べてみるとモチモチ感がありパスタ寄り。それにしても具が少ねぇ。ソースの量自体はあるので味が付いて訳ではないが、CP悪すぎる。同じフロアの大戸屋には行列があったのに、こちらは待たずには入れた理由がわかった。

The pasta served in about 8 minutes ... has almost no ingredients. The flying squirrel noodles are green and have a maximum tea-soba feel, but when you try them, they are chewy and close to pasta. Even so, there are few ingredients. The amount of sauce itself is not so tasty, but the CP is too bad. There was a line at Ootoya on the same floor, but I could understand why I entered without waiting.
