★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しい店なんでこざっぱりした店内はキレイです。日曜昼なのに空いてました。メニューは醤油と塩の中華そばのみ。確かに活気がない。だがこちらも気楽にいただける。味は昔ながらの飾らぬ味の中華そば。塩分若干強めですが美味いです。細縮れの麺が美味い！麺量が多いのも嬉しい。気楽にまた来ます。
 The new store is neat and clean. It was free on Sunday noon. The menu is only Chinese soba with soy sauce and salt. Certainly not lively. But this is also easy. The taste is traditional Chinese noodles with an undecorated taste. The salt content is slightly stronger, but it is delicious. Shredded noodles are delicious! I am happy that the amount of noodles is large. Come back comfortably.

何時オープンしたんでしょうか？店綺麗です。
最近多い入口で食券購入するタイプです。
チャーシュー麺特大、背脂追加を注文。
麺は細麺縮れで旨いですが、ちょっと柔らか過ぎですね。
もう少し固めだと良いのに残念。
チャーシューは低温調理かな？若干赤身があります。
切りが厚いですが、柔らかくて旨いです。
しかも沢山入ってました。
スープは優しい味、個人的にはGood！
濃い目が好きな場合はテーブル備付けのスープ用醤油を追加できます。
平日は茹で卵と漬物サービスで付きますよ。

中華そば（中）背脂入りで注文。
麺が独特で、細麺のビロビロ麺。
250gとボリューム満点。
チャーシューは柔らかくはないがしっとりした噛めば噛むほど肉の旨みが湧いてくるチャーシュー。
スープは昔懐かしいやさしい醤油ベースのスープに、背脂の甘さがひきだっています。
無料サービスとして、ゆで玉子とたくあんの漬物ありました。
ゆで玉子の黄身の中が半熟加減でおいしかった。
スタッフ達は声も出ていて、とくに接客が悪い感じはありませんでした。
他の口コミであったが、消雪のサビが駐車場一面被われているので汚いイメージが出てしまう。
もっと深く井戸を掘ると鉄分のない地下水が出てくるので、掘り直してみてはどうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先ほどのお店から歩いて4分位のお店はお客様でいっぱいでした。ここにも初めてお邪魔します。かみさんは車でお留守番です。券売機から中華そばを、カウンター席がいっぱいな為テーブル席で頂きます‼️来ました❗シンプルですけど、これぞ中華そばって感じの一杯です。丼から、昔風‼️縮れ麺は自分好み‼️それにスープも好きなタイプです。さっき食べて間もないのにするする入ります。旨し‼️ここにも来て良かった‼️旨かった‼️ご馳走様でした‼️

次は背脂入り食べるぞ！
無しでも大変美味しく頂きました
