背脂好きにはたまらない、こてっすず醤油(小)をオーダー
やはり他のクチコミにもあるとおり、他の店の醤油ラーメンよりしょっぱい！鈴木そば独特のしょっぱさです。
これがリピーターにはクセになるんでしょう。
背脂がたっぷりなわりには、それ程脂っぽさはなく、だだしょっぱい。
自家製縮れ麺で小で250g！ボリュームはあります！モチモチしててとても好みの麺です。
スープのしょっぱさをカスタマイズできればいいラーメンだと思うんですが。。。

As you can see in other reviews, it is saltier than soy sauce ramen from other stores! It is a salty soba unique to Suzuki Soba.
This will be a habit for repeaters.
It has a lot of backfat, but it is not so greasy and salty.
Homemade crispy noodles in a small 250g! There is a volume! It's chewy and my favorite noodle.
I think it's a good ramen if you can customize the saltiness of the soup. .. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自家製麺がとても個性的。伺った日は粉っぽく、体調のせいかお腹が緩くなりました。（完全に個人の体質です）
味は全体的に濃いめ。しかし癖になる。
他店での普通盛がここでは小盛り相当。大盛＝特盛？なので注文の際は注意。
ラストオーダー直前での来店失礼しました！ですがこちらも客として来店、食事中・・・もう少し配慮いただけるとありがたかったです！！
Homemade noodles are very unique. The day I visited was powdery and I was hungry probably because of my physical condition. (It's a completely personal constitution)
The taste is strong overall. But it becomes a habit.
Normal serving at other stores is equivalent to small serving here. Large = special? So be careful when ordering.
Excuse me for coming to the store just before the last order! However, I am also visiting the store as a customer and eating ... I would be grateful if you could give me a little more consideration! !!

もっとドロドロかと思ったけどスープの表面にチャッチャしてあるくらいでした。繊維のほどけたメンマ初めて頂きましたが美味しかったですね。
私は言われてるほどしょっぱくはなかったです。
駐車場は裏にあり迷いました。ガソリンスタンドから曲がってすぐ左折、フェンスのあるところでした。駐車スペースは少なめの狭目です。

I thought it was more muddy, but it was just messed up on the surface of the soup. It was the first time I had Menma with unraveled fibers, but it was delicious.
I wasn't as salty as I was told.
The parking lot was on the back and I was at a loss. Just after turning from the gas station, turn left and there was a fence. The parking space is rather narrow.

どこか飛び抜けてるラーメンは、好き嫌いが分かれるものです。私もツレも美味しく食べましたが、ダメだという人もいるでしょうね。山形市のケンチャンラーメンだって賛否が分かれます。
皆さんも仰ってる通り、スープはなかなかしょっぱいです。注文する時に「薄口」とか自分の好みに合わせた方がいいと思います。店内の黄色い巨大なメニューの下に、調整具合(スープの濃薄・背脂の多少・麺の硬柔)が書いてありますので参考にして下さい。
店に入る前に持って行った烏龍茶だけでは足りず、もう1本買い足しましたww
ですが、あのビロビロ麺にはキリッと強いスープ、強いスープには丼面を覆う背脂が必要ですね。
飛び抜けてるラーメンは美味しかったです。次は未食のヤツも閉店される前に行きたいですね。

Ramen that stands out somewhere has different likes and dislikes. I and Tsure ate deliciously, but some people may say it's no good. Even Ken-chan Ramen in Yamagata City has different pros and cons.
As you say, the soup is quite salty. When ordering, I think it's better to match it to your taste, such as "thin mouth". Under the huge yellow menu in the store, the adjustment condition (thickness of soup, some backfat, softness of noodles) is written, so please refer to it.
The oolong tea I brought before entering the store wasn't enough, so I bought another one ww
However, that bilobiro noodles need a crisp and strong soup, and the strong soup needs backfat that covers the bowl surface.
The ramen that was outstanding was delicious. Next time, I want to go before the uneaten guys are closed.

見た目は、表面に背脂が一面に浮いてコッテリしてそうですが… 魚介出汁スープで以外とあっさりです
麺は平打ちの縮れ、チャーシューは柔らかく、メンマが細く裂いてあり、独特です。なんか‥⁉︎ クセになる、また食べたくなる一杯です♪♪。 スープまで完食してしまいました。ご馳走さまでした♪♪♪｡
やっぱりくせになる一杯です‼︎ 今日も、散歩がてら
