★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 怪我で手術したばかりで風呂に入れない為、髪を洗って貰いたく美容室を探していましたが休業中ばかりでやっと見つけたのがこちらでした。シャンプーだけ出来ますか？と質問したらあからさまに嫌そうな態度で「今お客様いらっしゃいますので」と言われ待ちますよと言うと「お客様いらっしゃいますので」と同じ答え。最後までかかっちゃいそうなんですか？と聞くとしばらく無言で、また「お客様いらっしゃいますので」という答えでした。
言葉の冒頭に「すみませんが」と一言でもつけてくだされば印象は違ったかと思います。
今後利用する事は無いでしょう。

I think that the impression was different if you put even one word at the beginning of the words.
It will not be used in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行き付けのお店です。美容師さんも二人だけですし、美容師さん１人でカット、シャンプーカラーリング全てをしてくれます。従来の美容室とは異なりとても静かで良いです。
This is my favorite shop. There are only two beauticians, and one beautician will do all the cutting and shampoo coloring. Unlike the traditional beauty salon, it is very quiet and good.
