Even for Japanese standards their customer service was very very kind. every time I stepped into their office they had a cup of hot tea to me within seconds. They also have these really nice moisturizing face masks ? they gave me one the first time I came in, the second time I told them I loved them so they immediately gave me more LOL
But what really amazed me was their patience. None of them could speak English and my Japanese could barely understand their complex Japanese but they translated everything on the computer step by step for me.
The manager then made a little book for me, inside is information about getting bike, where to go to register it, my garbage pick up calendar for the year, my contract and help numbers all. Translated. In. English. By the manager himself. ??? even a map to my house because I am stupid.
Because of their kindness the difficult process of moving out could be enjoyable every time I went ?❤️
