 You can eat delicious soba. I always ask when radish soba is a favorite here. It is especially recommended during the new soba season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦そのものも美味しいけど、温かいかき揚げ蕎麦はボリュームがあり、とても満足出来ます。
最近、麺類は週に一度と決めていますが、好きすぎて月一くらいで食べています。
Soba is delicious as well, but the warm fried soba has a large volume and can be very satisfying.
Recently, I have decided to make noodles once a week, but I like it too much and eat it about once a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しらおか味彩センター直売店の隣にあります。人気があるのか土日休日は行列で待たされるため食べることができませんでしたが、平日に行ったら待たずに食べることができました。入口で食券を購入してから注文するお店です。大根そばを食べましたがさっぱりして蕎麦もつゆも美味しいです。その他、日替わりメニューやセットメニューもあります。
It is next to the Shiraoka Taste Center direct sales store. I couldn't eat it because it was popular at weekends and holidays, but when I went on weekdays I could eat without waiting. This is a store where you can buy food tickets at the entrance and place an order. I ate radish soba and the soba noodles are delicious. There are also daily menus and set menus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急事態宣言解除後最初の日曜日だったせいか、大変混んでいました。私たちが到着して暫く後に、今日の蕎麦が無くなったので閉店とのこと。滑り込みセーフでした。セット系のメニューは完売でしたが、もり蕎麦と舞茸の天ぷらを注文。蕎麦の量は普通でしたが、天ぷらが３個もあり、蕎麦とはアンバランスでしたが、美味しく頂きました。
It was very crowded, probably because it was the first Sunday after the state of emergency was lifted. Shortly after we arrived, the store was closed because today's soba was gone. It was safe to slip in. The set menu was sold out, but I ordered Morisoba and Maitake mushroom tempura. The amount of soba was normal, but there were 3 tempuras, which was unbalanced with the soba, but it was delicious.

お店の人へ ひどく咳き込む(タンを吐く)客は 退席や返金 最低でもテラス席に追いやって欲しい 絶対気付いてたはずだよね お店の為だよ
If it is large, the bamboo steamer will crumble small.
To the shop staff I want customers who cough badly (spit tongue) to leave or refund at least to the terrace seats. You must have noticed it because of the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 直売所への立ち寄りだったが、目の前を揚げたての天ぷらが運ばれて行ったので(多分、直売所の建物内の調理場で揚げたのをこの茶屋へ運び入れていた模様)、誘われるように開店早々のこちらの店に入店。
そば粉、小麦粉も地のものを使用している。
打ち立てのお蕎麦と揚げたての天ぷら(特に舞茸サイコー♡)、つゆの香りもよくて全体的に意外とサッパリいただけた。
蕎麦湯はまだ開店したばかりの時間だからか、さらさらのほぼ白湯だった。
It was a stop at the direct sales office, but since the freshly fried tempura was carried in front of me (probably, it seems that the fried tempura was brought to this teahouse at the kitchen inside the direct sales office building). Entered this store as soon as it opened.
Buckwheat flour and wheat flour are also made from the ground.
The aroma of freshly made soba noodles, freshly fried tempura (especially Maitake mushrooms ♡), and soup was good, and it was surprisingly refreshing overall.
Soba-yu was almost plain hot water, probably because it was just opened.
