★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの代表の方から医師の不適切な発言について謝罪の電話を受けた際、私が話してる最中になんの断りもなく社内の方とおしゃべりしてこちらの話を聞き流していました。
謝罪の気持ちはなく、「申し訳ありませんでした」という言葉だけ言えばいいと思っていることがよくわかりました。
所属する医師を守るのが仕事だということですが、こちらをクレーマー扱いする前にご自身が気に障ることを言って長引かせていることに気づいていただきたいです。
こちらの要望は最初から伝えていたのに、自己判断でそれをしなかったのを私のせいで時間を無駄にしたように言われましたが、こちらの台詞です。
そんな失礼な方が代表をしている事業団です。

I didn't feel apologized, and I understood that I should just say "I'm sorry".
It is your job to protect your doctor, but before you treat this as a complaint, please be aware that you are prolonging it by saying that you are annoyed.
I was told that I wasted my time because I didn't do it at my own discretion, even though I had communicated this request from the beginning, but this is the line.
It is a business group represented by such a rude person.
