★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで購入していないからなのか、対応が悪い様に感じた。問合せしても折り返しの電話がない。
ただ、リコールの際に対応してくれた整備士さん？はとても素敵だった。

素直に相談してよかったと思えるお店。
高いイメージがあるかもしれませんが、一度相談してみるだけでもディーラーのイメージが変わるかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度に好感が持てます。初めて訪れました。いつもメールを頂いている方に電話でアポを取ったところ、接客中とのことでしたが、実車見るだけでもと言うことで、強引に行ってしまいましたが､最初の案内は若い方でしたが、メールを頂いていた担当の方も挨拶に来てくれ、最後は店長が接客してくれました。車は勿論良い車なんで、おすすめです。
I like the customer service attitude. I visited for the first time. When I made an appointment by phone to the person who always received an email, it was said that he was serving customers, but I went forcibly just by looking at the actual car, but the first guide was a young person. However, the person in charge who received the email also came to greet me, and at the end the store manager served me. Of course the car is a good car, so I recommend it.

受付の男性スタッフが、見送りの際に立ち上がってお辞儀をしてくれるのですが、視線は目の前のパソコンのまま。
感じの良いスタッフもいますが。

代車の室内清掃に不備があり、残念な気分になりました。以前も、点検時に貸し出された代車が、フロントフェンダー部分が凹んでて気分わるかったんですが、、、
そういう会社なんでしょう
その割にBMW本社からのアンケートにはいい点着けて欲しいと頼まれて...残念です。
車は極上、四台乗り継いできたんですが...
大阪で付き合ってたディーラーではこんな事はなかったなぁ...

電話で予約し、快く受けてくれました！
他のディーラーからの購入となると、対応が悪くなるかなと少し不安でしたが、とてもよく対応してくれました。
待ち時間が少し暇ではありましたが、無事修理も終わったので良かったです。
まだ、初回だから優しいのかな？
でも、予約して行ったのにざっと2時間以上待たされた。
