松	松崎優 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くに新規開店したので早速訪問　土曜日のランチだったのでランチセットを注文したが、平日のみなのでなくロースかつ定食１５００円（税込み）とトリフ塩１００円（税込み）にしました。開店サービスで定食２００円引き程なくして運ばれてきた内容は、ロースかつ、キャベツ、とん汁、ご飯にお新香。とんかつは厚みがあり柔らかくジューシー、とん汁は具沢山で味がいいご飯はふっくらとても美味しいとんかつ定食でした。近くに美味しいとんかつ屋できたので時々利用しようと思う。またとんかつだけでなくボークソテーもあります。 Since it opened a new store nearby, I visited immediately. く	くま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに利用しました。新しいお店なので店内は綺麗で清潔です。店員さんの接客も丁寧です。とんかつのお肉は「桃豚」というSPF豚です。ロースとんかつを注文しました。山盛りのキャベツと、具沢山の豚汁とおしんこが付いています。とんかつはミディアムレアで少しピンク色でもちっとした食感です。とても美味しかったですが自分はもう少し焼いたほうが好きかもしれません。好みだと思いますが良い肉だからこそミディアムレアがベストなのかもしれません。しっかり焼きが好きな方には向かないかもしれません。とんかつは備え付けの藻塩かソースをつけて食べます。今度はポークソテーを食べてみたいです。 I used it for lunch. p	pakun makun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は中華料理店が在った場所に十和田湖高原ポーク『桃豚』を使用し豚カツ、ポークソテーに特化した店で開店。ランチで伺うとディナーメニューと同じながらご飯、キャベツ、豚汁がお代わり無料になるとの事で『ロースカツ定食に大盛りライス」1200円をオーダーさせて頂きました。外観から中は狭いのかと思いきやテーブル席のみで薄暗く二人用席も有るので広くて使い勝手は悪く有りません。 15分位で出された豚カツは見た目は普通で甘い香りが伝わるのでラードで揚げていると思います。毎回豚カツは何も付けず真ん中から食べますが ●スッキリし過ぎて豚の甘み脂の甘みが伝わらず塩は合わずソース一択に● 衣も剥がれるギリギリ一歩手前でトータルすると銘店とされる豚カツ店には及ばないが個人経営の町豚カツ店より上の印象を受けました。最近ご飯がイマイチな豚カツ店が多かったですが悪く有りません。総じて美味しい豚カツ店はご飯、キャベツも美味しい。今回は1200円のランチでの評価ですが特上など食べる機会が有りましたら追記させて頂きます Opened at a restaurant specializing in pork cutlet and pork saute using Towada Lake Kogen pork "Momobuta" in the place where there used to be a Chinese restaurant.
