かなりいい加減です。物件内の修理や害虫の相談を依頼してから3ヶ月連絡が来ず、6回こちらから電話かけてやっと対応してくださいました。一切連絡がなかったのに、連絡しましたと逆ギレされました。何かトラブルがあっても口先だけすぐ対応しますと言うくせに、全然対応してもらえないので不安で退去しました。退去時も立ち会いのアポを既に取っていたのに、いつお立ち会いになられますか？と電話で言われ唖然となりました。そして日割り賃料をハウスクリーニング代と一緒に振り込んでくださいと伝え忘れてしまったので、もう引き落としはないので後日振込先をお送りするので振り込んでくださいと言われ数日待っても書類は来ずに、保証会社より電話があり日割り賃料未払い分の為立て替えをしていますので支払いお願いしますと怒られ、手数料を取られ日割り賃料が倍くらいの額になりました。最後の最後まで本当に最悪でした。

It was really the worst until the very end.
