さ	さくらでんぶ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 潔くのいい醤油ラーメンのお店だと思います。チャーシューが分厚くて、油が少なく、お肉の味を楽しめます。決してラーメン通ではなく、蕎麦派人間の私は、‘’もう一度行きたい‘’と思うラーメン屋さんはあまりないのですが、こちらなら、また行きたいと思えるラーメン屋さんはです。 I think it's a good soy sauce ramen shop. 2	22 caddy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年も前に「せきや」さんに連れてきてもらった時は違う場所にあったはず…。今の「せきや」さんは若葉台にありました。経緯は知りませんが、事情があったようですね。以前のシンプルなお店はとても昭和感がありましたが、現在の「せきや」さんは昇龍のマークの入った、少し今風のお店になっています。左手にカウンター、右手にはテーブル席もあります、赤い壁には昇龍が描かれています。以前には「のりラーメン」のようなメニューがあったと記憶していますが、現在はトッピングに海苔があるのみとなっていて、基本は中華そばのみ。並、大とチャーシューの枚数でバリエーションが広がるシステム。ざる中華がひっそりとメニューの隅に入っています。 ●中華そば並チャーシュー３枚　1,200円 ●チャーシュー丼　300円食券は入口を入って右側、食券を渡してしばらく待ちます。ラーメンの出来上がりに合わせてチャーシュー丼のチャーシューをバーナーで炙り、香ばしさを出して出来上がり。中華そばとチャーシュー丼が着丼です。厚切りチャーシューが３枚、スープに沈んでいます。メンマ、なると、刻みネギ。うん！このお湯割スープ？どことなく懐かしい。なるとが嬉しい。黄色っぽい縮れ麺も美味しい。チャーシューも厚く柔らかい。最近、この手の中華そばがとても優しくて美味しく感じます。大好きなチャーシューは以前ほどガッツリ食べることはできなくなりましたが美味しいものは美味しいですね。久しぶりに美味しく頂きました。ごちそうさまでした。 When Sekiya-san brought me many years ago, it was in a different place ...
