★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三原駅西の新幹線の高架下の 石亭さん、初めて伺いました。綺麗なお店です。１人なので鉄板の前のカウンター席に座りました。大きなお店で奥には座敷の部屋もあります。目の前の鉄板で大量の キャベツ、もやし、葱、玉葱 の上にお肉を載せ蒸し焼きにして、ポン酢で戴くスタイルです。野菜を沢山食べられるのでいいですね。ビールが進みます。シンプルな料理でいいですね。ポン酢も良いですが、ジンギスカン系の焼肉のたれが有ってもいいですね。次回は豚や鶏も食べてみたいですね。もう少しランクが上質な牛肉のメニューもあると良いですね。
I visited Mr. Ishitei under the elevated Shinkansen west of Mihara station for the first time. It's a beautiful shop. Since I was alone, I sat at the counter seat in front of the iron plate. It's a big shop and there is a tatami room in the back. It is a style in which a large amount of cabbage, bean sprouts, green onions, and onions are placed on an iron plate in front of you, steamed and grilled, and then served with ponzu sauce. It's nice because you can eat a lot of vegetables. Beer goes on. Simple cooking is fine. Ponzu is good, but Genghis Khan-based yakiniku sauce is also good. Next time I would like to eat pigs and chickens. It would be nice to have a beef menu with a slightly higher rank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで訪問。三原の方から是非一度行ってみてとオススメされたお店です。メニューは石亭焼きオンリーでお店にはいると鉄板の前に案内されます。お店の方は皆さん親切で食べ方など教えていただきました。
牛、豚、鶏、大量の野菜と卵焼きイカ入りを特製のタレでいただきます。ご飯も量を好きな量をお願いできます。和風な醤油ベースに紅葉おろしとコチュジャンのタレであっさりいただけます。
オススメされただけあってとても美味しかったです。
駐車場が７台分しかなく、ランチタイムは混むのでどこかに停めてからのほうがいいかも。
Visit for lunch. This shop is recommended by Mihara people to visit once. The menu is Ishitei-yaki only, and when you enter the shop, you will be guided in front of the iron plate. Everyone at the restaurant was kind and taught me how to eat.
Beef, pork, chicken, a large amount of vegetables and omelet with squid will be served in a special sauce. You can ask for the amount of rice you like. You can enjoy grated autumn leaves and gochujang sauce on a Japanese-style soy sauce base.
It was very delicious as it was recommended.
There is only 7 parking lots and it is crowded at lunch time, so it may be better to park somewhere.
