餃子の餡が 柔いのと タレが美味しくない
味噌は 濃くもなく塩辛くもなく 普通

麺をどんぶりに入れてそのまま放置してたらそれはのびるでしょ。。

しかも、注文しているのに店主は自分のごはんを先に食べて、それから調理にとりかかるなんて珍しいって言うか呆れました。
当然、食べたラーメンが美味しい訳がない。二度と行きません。
