鉄	鉄血 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけ麺(850円)をいただきました。麺の量はデフォルト200g ですが、無料で大盛可能です。麺はソロで小麦の風味を味わえる優等生。スープは魚介のよくあるタイプ……と思いきや、ほのかに柚子が香り、黒マー油がアクセントとして追加されている技アリなスープです。ラーメン、つけ麺、まぜそばと幅広いジャンルを抑えており、セットの丼物には麻婆丼(250円)や肉味噌卵かけ御飯(250円)と気になるタイトルがちらほら。今回はお腹の具合を考慮してつけ麺のみでしたが、次の機会はセットを攻略したいものですね。コロナ対策はアルコール消毒とパーティションがありました。 I had Tsukemen (850 yen).
