ただ常連さんらしきお客さんがタバコ吸ってたので、タバコが苦手な方はお勧めできないかな。
それだけマイナス。、

モツは歯がいらないくらい柔らかくておいしかったです。
スープは豚骨ラーメンをあっさりさせた感じで白濁して、麺は白河ラーメンの平打縮れ麺でした。
I ate salt motu ramen.

思いつきのため事前にリサーチしてた訳ではないので走行中看板が目に付いて適当に入ったのですが大当りでした。
はじめは典型的な白河ラーメンをと思っていたのですがなかなかに珍しいメニューがありかなり迷いましたが辛しニンニクラーメン大盛と手作り餃子を
辛しニンニクラーメンは味噌を想像していたのですが予想外の塩味
透明なスープに辛子の赤が鮮やかでニンニクの香りがたまりませんでした。
縮れ麺があっさりしつつもコクのあるスープによく馴染みどんぶりの底からスライスニンニクがたっぷり出てきて納得
また、大盛にしたのですがかなり盛りがよく普通盛りでも良かったかもしれません。
餃子もニラとニンニクが効いていてもちもちカリカリの皮がたまりませんでした。
他の方の投稿でモツ煮系のメニューも気になりますしまた通りかかる機会があれば是非寄りたいと思います。

ご飯物、ラーメンともに少し面白いメニューがあります。
特に塩モツらーめん、ガリバタ塩レモンらーめん、牛すじ定食がオススメです。
