福	福田健二 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中浦和にある純手打ちそばのお店です。オープン前に行きましたが既に4名程並んでいてその後も8名程並びオープンと同時に満席となりました。そばは、二八そばと粗挽きとありつけダレはクルミ汁もあります。個人的には、粗挽きそばとクルミ汁の組み合わせがオススメです。クルミ汁だと甘みもあり美味しく頂けます。焼きみそも丸抜きやゆずネギなどが入っており食感も良くゆずが入っているのでサッパリと食べれます。そばアイスもそばの香りをダイレクトに頂いてる感じがしてアイス好きの方やそば好きの方にオススメです♪ 是非、行ってみて下さい(●´ω｀●) It is a pure handmade soba shop in Nakaurawa.
