美味しい蕎麦と清潔で落ち着いた内装、雰囲気もよく、値段も手頃です。ホントにオススメできます。
高評価に誘われ入りました。
期待を裏切らないクオリティーです。
蕎麦は田舎蕎麦風で、色もしっかりあります。
蕎麦の風味が強く私はこちらが好みです。
手打ちの高評価のお店は更科系が多いので尚更気に入りました。自家製粉、手打ち、手切り。しっかりと仕事に裏打ちされています。
口に含み少し噛んだだけで、蕎麦の強い風味を感じます。
太めでコシも強く、のど越しも良いです。力強い蕎麦です。大好きです。
汁もカツオの強く風味を感じます。
最後に蕎麦湯を入れて頂くと、後味にカツオの風味が鼻から抜けます。
器もおしゃれ、内装もシンプルで居心地が良く。
駅からも近く、駐車場もあるのでアクセスも良く。また来たいお店です。オススメです。

手打ちの蕎麦のかたさもおつゆもとても好みで、そば湯も美味しかったです。
小天丼は天ぷらのバラエティも多くて、コスパも最高。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日12:30ごろに来店。すぐに入れました。4人席、2人席、カウンターとバリエーションがあります。接客は非常に丁寧で、お茶もこまめに注いでくださいます。冷たいそば茶が美味しかったです。辛味大根そば900円を注文。比較的早い提供。大根おろしはこんもり。ただし、しっかりと辛味大根でした。大根おろしとは訳が違う。想像以上にびりびりでした。そんな中でもそばの風味はしっかり感じられて美味しかったです。そば湯は白濁、ここは辛味大根が丁度よい感じでこれまた美味しかったです。次回はとろろか鴨行きたいな〜。気持ちよくお食事できました。ごちそうさまでした。

美味しかったまたまた美味しいお蕎麦屋さんに出会えました❣️??? 辛味大根せいろ、つけとろろせいろ、どちらも大盛り食べてしまいました❣️どちらも美味しかったです。?好みは辛味大根せいろですね❣️ 本当にピリリと辛さが効いた大根で、アクセントになって最高?
今回は粗挽きせいろがなかった?ので、次回は食べたいですね❣️???

お店の雰囲気は、敷居の高さをまったく感じさせずに、蕎麦へのこだわりを感じる、清潔感のある和のテースト。
割り箸や箸置き、器、それぞれに雰囲気があって、蕎麦を食べる前の気持ちを高めてくれます。
蕎麦は粗挽きをいただきました。そのままで食べて良い風味を感じることができました。だから塩でもおいしいですし、もちろんつゆでも。
つゆは甘さを抑え、醤油のうまみを感じる、平均的な味ではない、こだわりと個性を感じました。
旨いです。蕎麦湯を入れれたあとも、醤油とダシの上品な味をさらに楽しめました。
天ぷらは、カラッとサクサク揚がっていて、塩でもタレでもいただけます。
店員の方々を含めお店の雰囲気、蕎麦と料理ともに丁寧な作り込みを感じました。
皆さんの高い評価の通り、人気店です。1回の来店なのでたまたまかもしれませんが、開店直後に満席になっていました。
さいたま市内蕎麦屋さん上位クラスの人気ではないでしょうか。
駅チカですし、駐車場は広くないので、来れる人は電車がオススメです。お酒も飲めますしね。本日はまだ緊急事態宣言下ですのでダメでしたが。。。
お値段は、この美味しさ、駅チカにも関わらず、平均的もしくは少し安めで、リーズナブル。人気も納得です。
