入口で検温と消毒有り。鮎のコース、内容も良くて本当に美味しいです。付近の鮎のお店の中では1番だと思います。スタッフの皆さんもいつも親切で何度も通いたくなるお店です。
There is temperature measurement and disinfection at the entrance. The sweetfish course and contents are good and really delicious. I think it is the best among the nearby sweetfish shops. The staff are always kind and you will want to visit again and again.

ランチに訪問。 突然ですが皆さん。 お腹一杯「鮎」を食べた事ありますか笑? 鮎だけでお腹一杯になれる、そんな素敵なお店がこちらの鮎川さん。 こちらのお店が大好きで、毎年こっち方面への旅行の際は必ず立ち寄るお店。 料理は鮎を使った料理もしくは、地元岐阜の飛騨牛を使った鉄板焼きのどちらかが。 鮎料理は専門店という事もあり、塩焼きからフライ、甘露煮などほぼすべての食べ方を網羅している気さえするラインナップ。 また、なかなか都市部では見る事のないカジカ料理もあるので、好きな人にはたまならい。 この日は稚鮎の唐揚げの小さな鮎を含めると10匹以上を一人で完食。 ほんまに鮎料理だけで超絶腹パンに。 一般の人が1年で消費する鮎を1日で食べたようなインパクト。 生鮎が一匹660円という激安特価だからできる贅沢なひと時。 もうほんまに幸せでしかない。 肝心の味はというとどれも美味。 脂ののった旬の鮎が美味しくないハズがない。 焼き方や火入れなど、細かい事を言うと判断が分かれるが、なんといっても1匹660円。 普通の半値以下で食べられるのだから、文句などでるはずがない笑! ⁡ 板取川を眺めながら絶品鮎料理で腹パンになる。 鮎好きにはたまらない幸せな時間。 名物のカジカも美味いから是非チャレンジしてみて。 また来年のシーズになったらお伺いしよう。

美しい川のほとりでいただく鮎の塩焼きは最高でした! お腹がパンパンに膨れていると思ったら今は卵が入ってる時期だったようです。 ふっくら焼きあがっていて鮎好きにはたまりませんでした。

48歳になって生まれて初めて鮎料理を食べたのが、ここのお店(2021年10月16日に来ました) 夫が鮎料理Aコース、私がBコース(飛騨牛)頼んでてワクワクしてたんですが… Bコースの一人用コンロが手前になってて、肉を焼く際に油が飛んで大変だった。普通コンロは奥にするべきなんでは?刺身は美味しかったかどうかはイマイチ… 夫が頼んだ鮎料理コースの鮎はうち2本が子持ち鮎でした?私も一匹いただきましたが、そっちは美味しかったです。ですが鮎雑炊はイマイチだったと話してました。 確かにテラス席は景色が良くて(天気もまあまあ良かった時)最高でしたけど、他の方がコメントされている様に店員さん方の接客がね…なんだかなぁ。 威圧的を感じたと思うの、私だけですかね? 初めて入ったお店でしたから、最初こんなものかなぁとは思ってましたけど、私はそういう雰囲気は嫌ですね…あんまりキツイ接客されると、お客さん離れて行きますよ。

However, he said that the sweetfish porridge was not good. Certainly the terrace seats were great with a nice view (when the weather was pretty good), but as others have commented, the clerk's customer service ... I wonder. I think I was the only one who felt intimidating, right? It was the first time I entered the store, so I was wondering if it would be like this at first, but I don't like that kind of atmosphere ... If the customer service is too tight, the customer will go away.

この辺りは鮎料理のお店が多くて迷いますが、選んだお店は定番のお店の一つ「鮎川」さん♪ 広々とした店内、昔ながらの鮎料理専門店、老舗感ある雰囲気の良いお店です(^^) ●Aコース(鮎)/3850円 此方のコースは鮎のフルコースがいただけて、大満足なメニュー! 塩焼き、甘露煮、刺身、フライ、雑炊、と何と5種類の鮎料理を堪能することが出来ます(^-^)/ 鮎といえば先ずは塩焼きは外せません。 骨を綺麗に抜き取る技、コレが何気に楽しいんですよね~♪ しっぽを切って、身を箸でほぐして、頭からスルスル~っと綺麗に骨だけ取れた無脊椎鮎~♪ その後はハラワタと一緒に丸ごと食べちゃいます(^-^) ホロホロとして脂が適度にのった身にハラワタの苦味と粗塩の乱暴な塩っけが堪りませんね~。 甘露煮、フライは骨まで柔らかで丸ごといただけます! 鮎の刺身はこの辺でなければ食べることの出来ない逸品♪ 〆の雑炊はあっさり仕立てで鮎の優しさが際立つ良い味わい。 あ~、美味しかった!

Kanro-ni and fried foods are soft to the bone and you can enjoy them whole! Ayu sashimi is a gem that can only be eaten around here ♪ The porridge of 〆 is lightly tailored and has a good taste that makes the gentleness of sweetfish stand out. Ah, it was delicious!

This place is a bit special. Like most restaurants in the area, it specializes in Ayu, or Sweetfish. You can get them fried, boiled, raw, and prepared in many different ways. The sashimi is really good and presented nicely, the cooked versions are intended to be eaten COMPLETELY (apart from the spines) and include guts, heads and tails. It’s not as bad as you may think! Definitely a good place to drop in to try some unusual food. Aside from the fish, they have big bottled beer for 600 yen which is always a plus. Staff are quick but not particularly talkative. Menus are in Japanese so make sure you know what you’re doing..! Atmosphere is great, there is a lovely view across the river, and if you look around the restaurant you might find some interesting stuff, like the signatures of sumo wrestlers who have eaten here. Definitely recommended.
