と	ともぞう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕方に買い物に行きました。最近、レジ打ちとは別に支払いはセルフの機械になったのでパネルのボタンを押していると・・・、突然・・怒号と言うより、なんかケンカのような、、大きな声が聞こえたのでびっくりしました。注視すると、どうやら客が小銭の入れ方がわからないためレジの担当の方に聞いているときのやりとりのようです。スーパーではよく高齢の男性客が時折、レジ係の方や店員の方に大きな声を出している場面を見かけますが、今回はどうも逆で、レジ係の方が大きな声を出していたようです。購入して商品をレジ袋に入れながら・・続けて見ていると、客が小銭をレジ係に差し出すとレジ係の方は受け取らずに、小銭を入れる機械の投入口の方を指指し、客自身で投入するように促していました。あくまで第三者からの視点ですが、レジの方は店の客とのトラブルを避けるための会社のマニュアルに従っているのかもしれませんが、支払いの機械に不慣れな客に対する臨機応変の対応もあって良いのでは無いかと思いました。また、職業上、大きな声を出す必要がある場面があることは承知しておりますが、レジ係としては、あのような場面では、大きな声を出す必要は無かったのではと感じました。この一連のやりとりを見ていて、残念ながら・・ここ20〜30年の日本の衰退をまざまざと感じざるを得ませんでした。 I went shopping in the evening.
