櫻	櫻井春 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実家が建物の性能が低スペックで冬は寒すぎて裸足で廊下を歩く時や夜中にトイレに行く時、寒すぎて足が痛かったりしてストレスが多かったので自分達の家を建築する時は絶対あたたかい家にしようと考えていました。ヤマト住建様と一条工務店様と悩みましたが性能の面ではどちらの会社もレベルが非常に高く、最後の決めてとしてヤマト住建は地震対策で制震ダンパーを採用されていて制震ダンパーを体験させていただきヤマト住建に決めました。地震が起きた時も周りと比較して揺れがほとんど感じられなかったので安心しました。←主観です(^_^;) 揺れが少ないと家のダメージも少なく家の寿命が長くなるとおっしゃられていました。今ではストレスなく快適に過ごせております。ご担当いただいた営業の方や設計の方、インテリアコーディネーター、現場の方、皆様に感謝しております。良い家を建てていただきありがとうございました。 When my parents' house has low specs and it's too cold in winter, when I walk barefoot in the corridor, when I go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it's too cold and my legs hurt, so it was stressful, so when building my own house Was thinking of making it a warm house. I experienced the damper and decided to go to Yamato Sumiken. I was relieved that I could hardly feel the shaking when the earthquake occurred compared to the surroundings. ← Subjective (^ _ ^;) It was said that less shaking would cause less damage to the house and extend the life of the house.
