★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで新車を買ったりしたこともなく、飛び入りでメンテナンス頼んでいるだけですが、他のディーラーにあるようなしつこい電話などなく、頼んだメンテナンスを淡々とこなしてくれるので助かっています。余計なメンテナンスオプションを奨められることも特にないです。ディーラーなので他の量販店等に比べたら割高かもしれませんが、日産のお店ということで信頼しています。
I haven't bought a new car here, and I just jump in and ask for maintenance, but I'm grateful that the maintenance I asked for is done without the persistent phone calls that other dealers have. I don't particularly recommend extra maintenance options. Since it is a dealer, it may be more expensive than other mass retailers, but I trust it because it is a Nissan store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換や点検など電話予約しているに越したことないが、飛込みでもきちんと対応してくれます。交差点角にあるので出入りもスムーズ。近くに飲食店が何軒かあるので、待ち時間に食事をして時間潰しが出来ます。
It's perfect to make a phone reservation for oil changes, inspections, etc., but he will respond properly even if you jump in. Since it is located at the corner of the intersection, it is easy to get in and out. There are several restaurants nearby, so you can eat while waiting and kill time.

Nissan Motor Suzurandai Branch was a wonderful response. Kind and professional! It was a big difference from Kita-Suzurandai. It's good, but I don't think it's the same company. I'm glad I went to the Suzurandai branch.
