O	OGエリン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日はおじさんが危篤だったので家族でお見舞いにこちらの病院に行きました。廊下で迷っていた際に声をかけて案内してくれた看護婦さん、エレベーターに乗ってきて話した看護婦さん、それから、自分の家族のことのように心配して親身になって細かく丁寧に説明してくれた看護婦さん、みんな優しくてニコニコしていて丁寧で、下手したら今日出会った3人とも、高いホテルの従業員かと思うほどの対応で、本当に素晴らしいと思いました。今まで生きてきて、親戚や祖母など、危篤場面にいろんか病院で何度か遭遇してきましたが、どの病院でも看護婦さんは良く言えば冷静、悪く言えば冷たい、もっとあっさりしていて、感じ悪いとか不親切はなくとも、冷たい感じばかりで、きっとそれが普通なんだろうと思ってきました。でもそうじゃない方達が集まる病院もあるんだな、と初めて知りました。介護や看病にきている家族はそれだけで気持ちが和らぎ、それだけでかなりのストレスや心配が減ります。看護婦さんも相当の仕事量もあり全ての人に優しく対応してられないだろうに、こちらは3人しか話していないけど、3人とも素晴らしかったので、感動しました。そのような場所で叔父がお世話になっているのは安心があります。ありがとうございます。 My uncle was in critical condition today, so I went to this hospital with my family to visit him. 佐	佐藤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紹介状をもらってこちらに外来で行きました。他の病院と違って先生も看護師さんもレントゲンの方や受付もお会計の方まで皆さん親切で感じのいい方が多いです。なかなか今時こんないい病院見ないなと思いました。耳鼻科と内科でしたがお医者が親身になってくれて嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。あと、売店のパンが美味しすぎてそれだけのために行きたいくらいです。またお世話になることがあればこちらに伺いたいです。 I got a letter of introduction and went to this outpatient department. K	KAMIKOAakisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 持病で通っています。通院する人が多いので、診察前はかなり待たされます。予約していても予約時間から1時間後は普通にあります。それを除けば、スタッフや看護師の対応も丁重ですし、担当医やレントゲン技師の対応も親切で、とても良いです。場所は高台にあるので、保土ヶ谷駅からの場合は、Google Mapのルート検索ではなく駅にある看板を見て行くように。スタッフの寮？のエレベーターを使って1階部分に行くことが出来ます。帰りも、コロナ下の現在では病院を利用した証拠があれば、調剤薬局で薬を貰った後もエレベーターを使いたいことを伝えれば院内に入れます。過去に入院したときに、担当医の診断が遅れて病状が進んでしまい、入院期間が延びて後遺症が残ってしまいましたが、こればかりは運もあるので、なんとも。横浜市のがん検診で利用しました。受付が3階の健康診断の窓口で行われました。窓口の担当の方も親切で、特に問題なく検診を受けることが出来ました。
