次は絶対西濃使わない
下手すれば、信用問題にも関わるよ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業所留めにした荷物を取りに訪問。運輸会社のウェブサイトにも詳細な位置記載がなく単に京浜トラックターミナルとしか書いてない。危うく広いターミナル内をさ迷う羽目になりかけた(16号棟1階に位置)。営業所の人はみんな普通に親切だったので、間を取って普通と評する。
Visit to pick up luggage left at the office. There is no detailed location description on the transportation company's website and it simply says Keihin Truck Terminal. I almost lost my way inside the large terminal (located on the first floor of Building 16). Everyone in the sales office was usually kind, so take a moment to call it normal.

It's too wide and one-way. If you don't check where to park in the truck yard before you go to the office, you'll have to turn counterclockwise to get a "one week's sentence".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 荷物がこちらの店舗から数日経っても発送されないので確認の電話をしたところ確認してから折り返すと言われ待っていたんですが折り返しの連絡もなし。
こちらから再度電話をしたが営業時間内のはずなのに誰も出ない。
こんな酷い対応の運送会社は初めてです。
できることならもう二度と利用したくないですね。
Since the package is not shipped from our store even after a few days, I confirmed that I made a call after confirming it, and I was told that it was folded back and waited, but there was no return notification.
I called again from here, but no one comes out, although it should be within business hours.
It is the first time that such a bad shipping company.
I do not want to use it again if I can do it.

案内看板に沿って16号棟に向かうと西濃運輸の受付があります。
駐車場はあるかないのかわからず、近くに普通車が何台かと待っている所に止めました。
大きな荷物でしたが、フォークリフトで車の所まで運んでいただき助かりました。
Enter from the truck terminal entrance.
Follow the signboard to Building No. 16 and you will find the Seino Transportation reception desk.
I didn't know if there was a parking lot, so I stopped at a place where there were some ordinary cars waiting nearby.
It was a big baggage, but it was helpful to have it carried to the car by a forklift.
