対応が良くない。
日本人スタッフが外国人スタッフを指導しているが、その言葉使いや態度が、非常に良くない。
指導を受ける外国人スタッフも、指導する日本人スタッフがいなくなると、対応がとても悪くなる。
労働力がないで、しょうがない部分がある事は理解出来るが、無理が有るように思います。
24時間365日の営業を強いられる場所でもないでしょうから。
もう少し丁寧に取り組んで欲しいと思います。
I can't understand the language.

Japanese staff are teaching foreign staff, but their language and attitude are not very good.
The foreign staff who receive guidance will be very ill when there is no Japanese staff to teach.
I understand that there is a part where there is no workforce and there is no help for it, but it seems impossible.

「●●で払います」と言っても返事なし。
「いらっしゃいませ」も「ありがとう」も言わない。
感じ悪い。
A female foreign clerk gives a receipt with one hand while staring at one elbow.
No reply even if I say "I will pay with ●●".
Do not say "Welcome" or "Thank you".
It feels bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ミニストップの惣菜や弁当は美味しいですね。ここもミニストップなだけあって美味しいです。中規模のコンビニでコンビニに対する基本的欲求を満たせます。店員さんには日本レベルが低い人がいますがはっきり意思表示をすれば大丈夫です。
