まず、保険証を見せて下さいから始まって、何故、何にこの薬を使用するのかの説明を求められます。高齢者にたいしてもです。湿布薬も何処に貼るのか説明を求められます。窓口側におられる女性御二人の言動には不快感しかありませでした。
