★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも家族と一緒に伺っていましたが、一人で行った際に家族のことを悪く言われて嫌な気分になりました。冗談のつもりで言ったのでしょうが、それを言って誰が得するんですか？親しき仲にも礼儀あり。こちらの店舗を気に入っていたのは家族なのに、非常に残念です。
I always visited with my family, but when I went alone, I felt uncomfortable when I was told badly about my family. I said it as a joke, but who gets it by saying it? There is also courtesy to close friends. It's a shame that my family loved this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフさんが明るくて気持ちよく応対してくださいました。お店も広くてきれいです。営業さんだけでなく、技術スタッフさんも明るく清潔感のある方々ばかりです。キッズスペースのある待ちスペースから修理場が見えるのは、サービスに対する自信の現れかな、と思いました。キッズスペースのおもちゃも色々あるので助かります。がっつり接客が苦手な私には、適度な距離感で接客してくださるので、心地よいです。無料のドリンクサービスもうれしいです(^^)
The staff was cheerful and pleasant. The shop is large and beautiful. Not only the sales staff but also the technical staff are all bright and clean. I was wondering if the repair area could be seen from the waiting area where there was a kid's space. There are many toys in the kids space, so it will be saved. For me who are not good at serving customers, I feel comfortable with a reasonable distance. I'm happy with the free drink service (^^)
