ただ人気があるのか診察までの待ち時間が1時間くらいあるので早めに行かれた方がいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大腸の内視鏡検査もやってくれ、一人の先生でいろいろな事に対応してくださっているようです。
薬は病院で出してくださるので、わざわざ薬局に行かなくてすみます。
症状によっては薬を出さない事もあります。儲け主義では無いようです。
通常の診察時間でないお昼の時間帯に検査されているようです。
でも名医のためとーーーても待ちます。
開業時はそれ程込んでいませんでしたが今は２時間待って診察５分なので残念ながら行くのをやめました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも、検査はお世話になっています。説明もわかりやすく、親切丁寧で、安心して受診できます。胃カメラもモニターに映しながら的確に説明してくれて、理解がしやすいです。痛くないし、とても上手です。

受付の電話対応が雑に感じたところもありました。
しかし、看護師さんも医者の先生も対応は丁寧でした。

薬剤師さん、受付の方、看護師さんはとても忙しそうです。
看護師さんはテキパキと的確にロスなく、でも最後はやさしく話してくださり(笑)そこで緊張が和らぎます。
話が伝わりづらい電話対応もあるのでしょう、電話後のちょっとしたスタッフさん同士の会話などもよく聞こえます。
マスクでこちらの声が届きづらく、たまに眉間にしわを寄せながら受付を冷ややかに対応されることもあります。
出来るだけ簡潔に、要点だけ伝えるようにしていますが、電話もこちらの話をさえぎってハイハイじゃあこういう事ですね、という感じの時もあります。声であのスタッフさんかなーというのが分かります。
それでもとても信頼している街の病院です。
常に忙しく、コロナで更に神経を使うと思いますが、ぴりぴりしてるスタッフさんにあたってしまうと少し悲しいです。こちらも出来るだけ負担をかけない様にしたいところです。
